Western suburbs’ schools show increase in pass rate
There was much celebration at Newton Technical High School in Port Elizabeth on Wednesday with its 2019 matric pass rate going up from 69.6% to an impressive 93%.
Principal Theo van Brouwershaven said he was exceptionally proud that the school’s pass rate had increase by almost 24 percentage points. ..
