The Nelson Mandela Bay deputy chair of the Imbumba Yamanyange traditional forum, Dr Nosisa Yoko, celebrated the return of 10 men in Motherwell on Saturday after they asked her for help as they could not afford the price of an ingcibi (traditional male circumcision surgeon).
