Bhanga to undergo surgery after car accident
Nelson Mandela Bay mayor Nqaba Bhanga is expected to undergo surgery on Sunday afternoon, after a car accident on Saturday night which left two other people dead.
Saturday’s accident happened at about 11:30pm on the R75 just outside Algoa Park. ..
