Water Road and Fountain Road are living up to their names, with two Walmer families fuming over damage to their properties caused by streams of clean water, and sewage at one home, running into their yards.

They live on opposite sides of Walmer — one in the township and the other in the affluent part of the suburb — but both are battling the same problem — the struggle to get the Nelson Mandela Bay municipality to fix leaks in the area.  ..
