Four killed in crash near Nanaga

Four people, including a 10-year-old boy, died in a horror crash outside Nelson Mandela Bay on Friday night.
Eastern Cape traffic deputy director Charles Bramwell said the gruesome incident happened when a car collided head-on with a Translux bus traveling from Port Elizabeth towards Makhanda (formerly Grahamstown).
The crash took place near Nanaga at around 6.30pm on Friday.
All the occupants in the vehicle, including the 35-year-old male driver, two females and a 10-year-old boy, died on impact and had to be removed from the wreckage with the Jaws of life, Bramwell said.
Their car had a Cape Town registration number.
The bus driver and several passengers sustained light injuries and were transported to hospitals in Port Elizabeth.
The names of the deceased have not yet been released.
