IF EP's Elephants are to have any chance of making an impact in the new SA Cup rugby competition they will have to distance themselves from the upheaval in the EP Rugby Union boardroom.
Even before the 10-team competition kicks off, EP will be at a disadvantage because of a limited budget which forces them to play on a semi-professional basis...
