Western Cape premier wants council to declare Garden Route town a disaster area; municipality says problems being addressed

Fisticuffs have broken out among Knysna residents over water supply disruptions in parts of the Garden Route town, which has also been hit by a number of sewage spills, triggering calls for it to be declared a disaster area.
