Nelson Mandela Bay gets green light to build RDP houses — for now
Battling an RDP housing backlog of 80,000 units, the Nelson Mandela Bay municipality is once more permitted to build houses, albeit on a temporary basis.
However, the metro still needs to finalise the tender processes before it can build 356 units...
