Top PE chefs launch Kitchen Maestro

The launch event saw five leading chefs showcasing what their respective restaurants have to offer. The chefs were:

  •  Jonathan Guston, from Two Olives restaurant in Stanley Street;
  •  Allan Bezuidenhout from Muse, also in Stanley Street,
  •  Mark Oosthuizen, also known as “Mark Sushi”, from the popular Fushin brand; and
  •  Heila van Zyl from Bocadillos on First in First Avenue, Walmer.
They were joined by Kitchen Maestro head chef Dewald Hurter, from Flair Catering.
