Anyone who survived the traffic in Lorraine, Sherwood and surrounds after the August 2006 floods washed away the Kragga Kamma/Circular Drive bridge, will understand the importance of this piece of infrastructure.
Incidentally, it also washed away in March 1981 — 25 years earlier...
