The debate about the prevalence of xenophobia in SA might have been destined for a bizarre turn at some point, as it now seems to be the case.
An example is Cuthbeth Tagwirei’s argument published in The Herald on September 14 headlined: “A new word is needed for xenophobia, but it’s not criminality”...
