Athletes set for northern areas 10km race

THE 13th 10km Historic Run, hosted by X-cel Athletics Club, takes place tomorrow.
The run, which is a Nelson Mandela Bay Athletics (previously known as EPA) Participation League event, starts and ends at Bertram High School in Chatty.
The route winds its way through the northern areas suburbs of Bethelsdorp, Sanctor, Heath Park and Palm Ridge. Entry fee is R35 for the 10km and R20 for the fun run.
A temporary licence costs R25.
The club will be supporting the Tough Living with Cancer (TLC) charity organisation.
Late entries will be accepted at Bertram High School this evening and at the start tomorrow. The race starts at 6.30am.
