Why is education department playing the blame game?

Projecting blame onto implementing agents for a R205m loss meant for the rehabilitation of schools is an irresponsible, cowardly act and shows how the department of education is in absolute denial.

It is easier to accuse someone else than to step up and admit fault. The reality is that   hundreds of schools are in such a poor state that they are at risk of caving in. ..
