Nelson Mandela Bay residents woke up on Tuesday to a headline that screamed: “DA proposes rerun of mayoral election (https://www.heraldlive.co.za/news/politics/2021-01-19-da-proposes-rerun-of-mayoral-election-in-nelson-mandela-bay/)”.
