Salt Lake substation still not properly secured despite break-in video
Almost two weeks after a video emerged of a group of youngsters breaking into a substation in Nelson Mandela Bay, the site is still not secured, protected only by a flimsy wooden door and chain.
The community is demanding better security at the substation...
