Business chamber sends letter to NPA outlining dire economic consequences of rampant thieving

As vandalism continues to strip the country of vital infrastructure, the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber has called on the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to consider harsher penalties for offenders, especially repeat offenders.
