Ports authority looking to refloat stranded tug project

Penalised contractor busy with other TNPA jobs but nothing preventing defaulters from getting work, parastatal says

The ports authority is considering ways to refloat the flagship R98m plough tug construction project, which has run aground at Port Elizabeth Harbour.

In the meantime, the contractor behind the stalled project has been given further work, worth about R2.2m, by the authority.    ..
