Approval to be fast-tracked through mayor’s office due to council’s failure to reach quorum
The Nelson Mandela Bay council has yet to give officials the go-ahead to enter into a new three-year funding agreement for the Standard Bank Ironman African Championship.
This is because the council has not managed to reach a quorum to hold a meeting over the past two weeks...
