Welcome rain on its way for Eastern Cape

Eastern Cape residents can look forward to some rain as from Thursday.

SA Weather Services spokesperson Garth Sampson said a cold front would reach Port Elizabeth in the afternoon, bringing with it overnight showers.

“On Friday, a ridging high will push in rain and showers over areas south of the escarpment.

“On Saturday, it will continue with light to moderate showers.”
