Toilet ‘bandits’ sitting low

Attempts to flush out suspects in a string of toilet seat thefts in Port Elizabeth have come up empty as the police have still not been able to blow the lid off this bizarre case.
At least three toilet seats were stolen from the Phoenix Hotel in the past eight months, while two more seats have gone missing at the Norwich bus terminal.
