About 1500 residents from Kwa Langa in Uitenhage are protesting for service delivery.

They have raised issues related to land for housing and eviction orders in Mccarthy and Moeggesukkel which they want to be rescinded.

They have also raised economic development issues such as unemployment and skills development for the youth.

The numbers keep increasing as protesters approach town hall where they will hand over the petition to an official from the mayoral office.
