SA cities should address historical legacies, says Maimane

South African cities had to address historical legacies to ensure better service delivery, DA leader Mmusi Maimane said in Nelson Mandela Bay yesterday.

During a visit to Walmer township, Maimane made an example of the roof of an RDP house the DA fixed after he noticed its state of disrepair at the weekend.
