Bay to benefit from injection of funds in bus system and water security project
“We know for a fact that this is going to be a difficult year for all consumers, with the percentage increase on VAT.” Other budget allocations for the Bay include: ý Urban settlements development grant – R905.6-million;
- Extended public works programmes – R6.7-million;
- Infrastructure skills development grant – R11.8-million;
- Integrated city development grant – R12.3-million;
- Neighbourhood development partnership grant – R2.1-million; and
- Local government financial management grant – R1-million.
