the Nebfa Sedgars Premier League soccer title already in the bag, City Defenders will be playing for pride when they take on champions-elect Dodgers at the Chevrolet Stadium on Sunday.

Dodgers have an unassailable nine-point lead on the log, while Defenders are dangerously close to the relegation zone.

Red City, who head the chasing pack, play relegation-haunted Black Stars, while Roaring Tigers and Winter Rose, who trail City Red by a point, play PE Sundowns and CCX Callies.

Sunday: 10.30am – Boast Pirates v Stinging Bees; noon – Dodgers v City Defenders; 1.30pm – Winter Rose v CCX Callies; 3pm – Red City v Black Stars THE position at the top of the Pefa Premier League could change hands this evening when Hearts and NMMU Madibaz clash at Lawson Brown High.
