Stars out to avenge Easter loss

AFTER pocketing the winner's cheque of R15000 in the Motherwell LFA Big Daddy's- Heineken-Motherwell Build-it Easter Tournament, Valencia have a tough weekend ahead when the Mofa Premier League season resumes at the NU9 Stadium tomorrow.

Shinning Stars, who lost in a penalty shootout to Valencia, will have a score to settle when the two teams clash tomorrow.

The defeat in the final was a bitter pill to swallow for Stars as they lost in the finals last year as well.

On Sunday Valencia are back in action when they take on Ikamva Movers, who are well poised to win the league cup.

It should be anybody's game when defending champions Lion City and Crystal Palace, who both lost in the semifinals, clash on Sunday morning.

Fixtures:

Tomorrow: 8.30am - Manchester United v Young Madrid, 10am - Milan Stars v Young Ideas, 11.30am - Tomorrow Stars v Young Tigers, 1pm - Liverpool vs Real Strikers, 2.30pm - Real Aces v Ikamva Movers, 4pm - Shinning Stars v Valencia.

Sunday: 8.30am - SUBS v Highland Spurs, 10am - Crystal Palace v Lion Stars, 11.30am - Young Romans v Tottenham Spurs, 2.30pm Valencia v Ikamva Movers.
