Rape arrest welcome, though wheels of justice turned slowly

Thirteen years ago, Andy Kawa — a businesswoman visiting from Johannesburg — was abducted in broad daylight while walking along Kings Beach in Gqeberha on December 9 2010. She was forced to strip naked, blindfolded and raped repeatedly over a 16-hour period by unknown assailants between sand dunes before she managed to escape in the early hours of the morning.

What followed the horror ordeal was years of trying to get justice...
