Buffalo City Municipality cameras fail to net crime
Different stories are being told why none of Buffalo City Metro’s CCTV cameras recorded a hit-and-run crime in which tow truck driver Brad Leicester died.
BCM said the footage was missing because of a storage problem, but a CCTV expert, who asked not to be named, said BCM had failed to install servers which would store the camera recordings...
