Rocking the Lake

Summer is beckoning and the Lakeside Lodge and Spa in Sedgefield will be hosting a Rocking the Lake outdoor event on Saturday, November 5. The concert will see Cloud 9, a popular band from the area, perform rock & roll tunes through the decades. Guests will also get to soak up majestic views of the lake from the five-star boutique hotel’s impressive open-air amphitheatre. Award-winning wines from the Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate, as well as beer and street-style food, will be available for purchase on the day. Families and friends are encouraged to make a fun afternoon out of it, with festivities to run from 3 to 7pm. Tickets are R120 each. No food or drink may be brought to the event, but patrons should bring along their own picnic blankets and pillows. Lakeside Lodge and Spa also have an accommodation special to coincide with the event.
