Port Elizabeth's Cleft Friends, a project of the Smile Foundation, held a fundraising high tea at the Tramways Building on Saturday, September 17, with fashion from two Bay designers.

Wedding dress and occasion wear specialist Johan Wolmarans presented a showstopper dress with a special meaning: the dress he designed for his wife Kalinka Orban, modelled by the new Mrs W.

Heather Crompton's Chocolates for Breakfast range was also a hit, with mini-models stealing the hearts of guests at the tea.

Comedian Roland Gaspar played auctioneer under the MC direction of Michelle Brown.

Cleft Friends gives support and advice to families with children born with facial conditions such as a cleft lip or palate. For more information, contact Helena Cullis,
