Paarl's Drakenstein municipal manager Johann Mettler has been appointed Nelson Mandela Bay acting city manager for the next three months.
The Bay council has also appointed administrator and businesswoman Vuyo Zitumane as the acting corporate services director. This while that department's head Mod Ndoyana is on suspension and appearing before a disciplinary hearing.
