A WELL-KNOWN Port Elizabeth PR and events practitioner scratched off an item on her bucket list this month when she worked at an event hosted by Oprah Winfrey and organised by party planner to the stars Colin Cowie.
Michelle Brown has always wanted to work at one of the lifestyle guru's events and this month her dream came true when she was part of a team that made sure an 80th birthday party hosted by television personality Oprah Winfrey was a success.
Brown said the weekend event had been attended by a number of business people as well as Oprah's best friend Gayle King and long-time partner Stedman Graham, Grammy Award-winning US singer Patti LaBelle and Brothers & Sisters actor Rob Lowe.
