VICTORIA Park High School teacher Angelique Jennings was awarded the title of overall champion at the Nelson Mandela Bay Health and Wellness awards last week at the Beach Hotel for her outstanding charity work with Aids orphans. Victoria Park High also picked up the award in the schools category of the same competition.
The awards, which are running for the fifth year, with the support of the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber, aim to highlight the achievements of individuals involved in the health and wellness fields within the metro.
The aim of the forum it to create a support and networking platform for people involved in wellness programmes in industry.
