Government-business ties urged

THE relationship between business and government institutions in Nelson Mandela Bay has to receive a major shake-up if the city’s ailing economy is to be turned around. This was the message delivered by former East Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) western region head Belinda Vabaza under the umbrella of her newly opened consultancy, Sebenza: Enabling the Environment.
