Homeless shelter at Pellsrus caravan park closes
Less than a year after Kouga mayor Horatio Hendricks promised people at a homeless shelter in Jeffreys Bay that they would not be left destitute, the shelter has been shut down.
The shelter was established at the Pellsrus caravan park during level five of the national lockdown, amid a surge in the number of Covid-19 cases in the region. ..
