Young girls, beware of abusers on airlines

Last July, my then 21-year-old daughter flew to Geneva to spend two weeks with a Swiss family whose daughter she befriended at university. 

It was her first solo international flight and we had quite a few discussions about her long layover at Dubai airport, making her way to a boarding gate in a different terminal and how she planned to keep all her devices charged for the duration of the trip...
