Fed-up with crime, residents form their own neighbourhood watch to keep wrongdoers on their toes
Just a few weeks ago, several young girls were forced to lie on the floor of their Zwide homewhile their cellphones, laptops and a plasma screen TV were stolen.
Prior to that, house break-ins were frequent and residents were continuously robbed on their way to and from work...
