For Dr Geraldine Robson-Parson, writing her book NutriLicious Kitchen has meant a fresh start to her life as a naturopathic doctor and nutrition mentor. The Garden Route author and her husband Brendon were running a five-star lodge with spa and cookery teaching kitchen when the wildfires of 2017 devastated the area and left hundreds homeless.
