Madibaz face tricky fixture

AFTER their morale-boosting win over PE Homerovers – their first of the season – last week, Motherwell Academy could prove a handful for NMMU Madibaz at their South Campus tomorrow evening.

The students top the Pefa log on goal difference and, together with Hearts, are unbeaten this season.

Hearts face KwaDwesi All Stars at Kemsley Park on Sunday.

Last week, Hearts battled to beat Warriors while KwaDwesi went down 5-3 to Callies, who are racking up goals since the return of their Safa-NMB SAB League players. Since then the Londt Park outfit have averaged six goals a match. They play PE Defence at the EC Command field on Saturday.

The match of the weekend should be the clash between Forresters and Warriors at the EC Command field on Sunday.

While Forresters beat Central Acemates 1-0 in an even contest last week, Warriors came close to sharing the points with Hearts, going down 2-1.

The weekend fixtures are:

Tomorrow: NMMU Madibaz v Motherwell Academy (South Campus).

Saturday: PE Defence v Callies (EC Command), NMB Municipality v Highbury (Westbourne Oval), PE Homerovers v Central Acemates (Kemsley Park).

Sunday: KwaDwesi All Stars v Hearts (Kemsley Park), Forresters v Warriors (EC Command)
