How time flies. On November 8 2016, I commented, in this column, on that year’s US election.
My conclusions, at the time, were quite straightforward: “It doesn’t really matter if [Hillary] Clinton or [Donald] Trump becomes president; it is inconceivable that the global political economy will be a better place for most people around the world.”..
