One of the things that sets the radical populists and revolutionaries apart from the rest of society is an apparent belief that money grows on trees. Okay, I made that up.

But seriously, if it were up to the crackpot economists in and around the motley crew of revolutionaries that pock the body of South African politics, printing money, and raiding (sorry, nationalising) the Reserve Bank and fully capturing the National Treasury would solve all the problems that beset the country...
