EDITORIAL | Let’s not go down piggyback road again
About a week ago, the Nelson Mandela Bay municipality sent out an alert to residents urging them to make alternative arrangements to get their rubbish to various tips around the city as there was a strike. At the time, the municipality said its depots were closed due to protests by SMMEs.
