Cheaper contract

READING The Herald article on cellphones disturbs me as a businessman ("Council row over special cellphone privileges", November 24). Do the councillors known there are packages for R999 that include unlimited airtime, unlimited data and unlimited SMSes?
For an extra R400 a S5 phone is included! That is R300 less than what they pay you as a cell allowance.
Why does the metro have to buy you a phone at all? Councillors, you should be the first ones to set an example and have your cellphone allowances cut.
The better one looks after the herd of cattle the more cream you have for your community.
