Almost 20 years since the Nelson Mandela Bay council decided to pursue the process of having Van Der Kemp’s Kloof declared a nature reserve, there are renewed efforts to finally have the plan realised.
Efforts to attain the nature reserve status on the 3,000ha of land were hindered by a multitude of delays, forcing the city back to the drawing board...
