The number of Covid-19 cases in the Eastern Cape has risen to five, health minister Zweli Mkhize announced on Thursday.
Two of the latest cases are in Port Elizabeth and one in Xhorha near Elliotdale, according to Health MEC Sindiswa Gomba.
Two other cases in East London were announced at the weekend.
