Ship detained after oil spill in Algoa Bay
As a Liberian-flagged ship at the centre of a fuel spill in Algoa Bay was detained on Monday, the first oil-slicked penguins were picked up following the bunkering incident in which up to 400l of fuel was dumped in the bay.
Though only a handful of oiled penguins have been observed so far, rough seas have prevented further searches...
