DA office in Kwazakhele shot at

DA members in Njoli, Kwazakhele, woke up to a bullet-riddled office after it was shot up in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
DA leader in the Eastern Cape Nqaba Bhanga believes it was an attempt to intimidate DA councillors leading up to Tuesday’s council meeting.
Nelson Mandela Bay councillors are meant to discuss motions of no confidence to be tabled by the ACDP and the DA to remove mayor Mongameli Bobani.
"People want to pressurise us. You have others mobilising people to create an impression that the DA is a bad party and it's not.
"Nelson Mandela Bay is becoming another KwaZulu-Natal where people are threatened and killed. Even as I was coming in here, there were people screaming at me telling me they would deal with me outside but I won't be intimidated," Bhanga said.
The DA office is in their Ngquza constituency and is led by Yusuf Cassim.
Bhanga said he did not know who shot the office but urged the police to find whoever was responsible.
"Anarchy and violence will never be accepted," Bhanga said.
