Two men were found stabbed to death in Walmer township at the weekend, and a woman was taken to hospital after her boyfriend allegedly set her alight.
She was first doused in petrol, then set alight at her Paubs Street home.
Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Alwin Labans said Neliswa Peter, 25, was taken to Livingstone Hospital.
“She is fighting for her life,” he said. In a separate incident, the body of Bongani Tsala, 29, was found in Walmer township with multiple stab wounds early on Sunday.
Also on Sunday, Trompies Jacobs, 34, was stabbed by a group of men in the township. He died later at Livingstone Hospital.
