A suspect has been arrested following a shooting outside the Greenacres Shopping Centre on Wednesday afternoon.
The man had allegedly been involved in a robbery at the Cell C store just moments before.
Police spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu confirmed that shots were fired outside the shopping centre at about 12.45pm.
However, she said, police were still on the scene and details were still sketchy at this stage. 
A suspect was arrested and a firearm recovered.
