Court orders 'Prophet of Doom' to stop spraying congregants

The Limpopo High Court on Monday (20/03/17) ordered the Limpopo pastor dubbed the “Prophet of Doom” to stop using the insecticide on his congregants.

“The court confirmed the order that the prophet of doom not use Doom on his congregants or on any member of the public.

“He was also ordered to pay the costs of the application‚” said Limpopo health department spokesperson Derrick Kganyago on Monday.

Self-styled prophet Lethebo Rabalago has claimed to heal people by spraying them with insecticide.

The 24-year-old pastor who also calls himself the Detective‚ was photographed spraying Doom on worshippers during a service and a prayer meeting for healing at the weekend‚ causing an outcry on social media platforms.
