WATCH: Car break-in suspects caught on CCTV in North East

CAR thieves were caught on CCTV camera stealing a radio and sound system out of a vehicle in North End, Port Elizabeth during the early hours of this morning.
According to a Herald reader, who posted the footage to YouTube today, the incident happened shortly after 2am this morning.
The suspects are seen gaining access to the vehicle in under a minute before moving the vehicle out of view of the camera.
